Tatum Engineering provides Site Evaluation Reports to include on-site inspections of site construction, road and drainage improvements, paving, utilities, etc., necessary to assure our clients of compliance with plans and specifications.

We conduct site photography from all critical positions from on-site and adjacent properties and will secure the most recent aerial photographs.

Preliminary site sketches are provided to assist with land use plans by identifying building sizes, parking requirements, etc.

Complete site plan reviews to include all documents and drawings are prepared and submitted to the parish planning commission.

Soils investigations, traffic impact studies and landscape plans are prepared in coordination with reputable specialists.

Site development construction packages are provided consisting of site layout and geometric plan, paving and grading plan, drainage plan, utility coordination plan, civil construction details, coordination with architectural firms, and walk-thru permitting with local regulatory agencies.
